Permanent lighting on the Bonney Lake plateau

Bonney Lake is up on the plateau, a different roof mix from Buckley or the Sumner valley.

Bonney Lake spreads across the plateau, with many two-story houses in newer neighborhoods and ramblers in older pockets. We install permanent lights along those roof edges. HOA rules differ by neighborhood, so check with yours and we can share the daytime look for that request.

Homes we see in Bonney Lake

Two-story fronts with a garage on the side are common in the newer neighborhoods. Older pockets still have ramblers with a long front eave. Peaks and garage doors change the run, so we scope from your photos.

HOA notes for Bonney Lake

A Bonney Lake HOA often wants to know whether the lights disappear in daylight. Bring them the product details and a day photo of the channel. Their answer is theirs. We will not tell you to skip that step.
